Transaction Process
1. Process for Event Participants
When wishing to learn about events on enjoysport.vn, Event Participants should follow these steps:
- Search for and review information about the event and the Event Organizer of interest.
- Review information and policies of the service provider that the Event Participant intends to use.
- Select the number of tickets to join the event and click “Book Now”:
- Choose the quantity and type of ticket
- Enter recipient information to book tickets
- Choose the form of online payment or other payment methods.
- Click “Complete Booking” to submit.
- The Event Organizer will contact the Event Participant via the phone number and email provided in the customer’s account registration form to confirm the order.
- Immediately after successful payment, the buyer will receive tickets in the form of electronic tickets (sent via customer email and accepted by the Event Organizer) or paper tickets (if available).
2. Process for Event Organizers

3. Delivery Policy
- Electronic tickets for events will be sent to Event Participants via email and SMS to be used when attending the event. enjoysport.vn prioritizes providing electronic tickets to customers (paper tickets are only provided upon request from the event organizer).
- Paper tickets will be delivered directly by enjoysport.vn staff to customers within Ho Chi Minh City; for customers in suburban or distant areas, we will use courier services from shipping providers to deliver tickets.
- For delivery fees to customers in other provinces, service fees will be charged according to the shipping provider’s rates. enjoysport.vn will call to confirm and notify the fee before proceeding with ticket delivery. Shipping fees may vary depending on the provider.
4. Maintenance Policy
enjoysport.vn will upgrade and maintain the system at fixed times announced in advance on the website. During this period, some functions or services may be interrupted. Customers are advised to regularly check the website to ensure smooth service usage.
5. Return and Refund Policy
- If an Event Participant cannot attend the booked and paid program, they must notify us via hotline or email and provide complete registration information for support. Some transfer cases will be subject to the organizer’s regulations.
- If the event is postponed or canceled due to the organizer, participants may request a refund of the paid fees from the organizer. Ticket returns and refunds will be regulated by the Event Organizer.
- If the Event Organizer has a return policy but does not process ticket returns, customers should contact enjoysport.vn customer service or hotline for support and guidance.
6. Complaint/Feedback Resolution Process
enjoysport.vn and the Event Organizer are responsible for receiving complaints and supporting Event Participants regarding transactions on enjoysport.vn. . In case of disputes, the Company emphasizes negotiation and mediation between parties to maintain member trust in enjoysport.vn’s service quality, following these steps:
- Step 1: Event Participants file complaints about the Event Organizer’s service via email support@enjoysport.vn. Members may also report directly to the management board.
- Step 2: The Customer Care Department of enjoysport.vn will receive complaints. Depending on the nature and severity, enjoysport.vn will take specific measures to support Event Participants in resolving disputes.
- Step 3: If the matter is beyond enjoysport.vn’s capacity or authority, the management board will request the Event Participant to bring the case to competent state authorities for resolution under the law.

- Both the Event Organizer and Event Participant must actively cooperate to resolve issues. The Event Organizer must provide documents verifying information related to the dispute. enjoysport.vn will provide relevant information about the Event Participant and Event Organizer if requested by either party involved in the dispute.
- After resolving disputes, the Event Organizer and Event Participant must report back to enjoysport.vn’s management board. If the dispute arises due to the Event Organizer’s fault, enjoysport.vn may issue warnings, suspend accounts, or escalate to legal authorities depending on the severity. enjoysport.vn will terminate and remove all posts about the Event Organizer’s products/services on enjoysport.vn and require the Event Organizer to compensate customers appropriately. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may request intervention from competent legal authorities to ensure lawful interests.
7. Payment Process
Event Participants may choose from the following payment methods:
Method 1: Direct Payment (buyer receives tickets at enjoysport.vn office):
- Step 1: Buyer reviews information about the event and organizer.
- Step 2: Buyer goes to the ticket office.
- Step 3: Buyer makes payment and receives tickets.
Method 2: Online Payment via Credit Card or Bank Transfer:
- Step 1: Buyer reviews information about the event and organizer.
- Step 2: Buyer verifies the order (phone, SMS, email).
- Step 3: Seller confirms buyer’s information.
- Step 4: Buyer makes payment.
- Step 5: Seller sends tickets.
- Step 6: Buyer receives tickets.
