I. General Principles

enjoysport.vn  is developed and operated by ENJOY SPORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY.

Members of the system include merchants, organizations, and individuals engaged in lawful commercial activities, officially recognized by enjoysport.vn  and permitted to use services provided by enjoysport.vn  and its partners.

These principles apply to all members who register, use, and post information on enjoysport.vn. . Transactions conducted on enjoysport.vn  must respect the legal rights and interests of all parties and comply with applicable laws.

Information provided by merchants, organizations, and individuals must be transparent and accurate. Events and programs introduced on enjoysport.vn  must comply fully with relevant legal regulations and must not fall under prohibited business or advertising categories.

All content in these Terms must comply with the laws of Vietnam. Members are responsible for understanding their legal obligations and commit to complying with enjoysport.vn’s Terms of Use.

II. General Regulations

Website Domain: enjoysport.vn, developed and operated by ENJOY SPORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
Definitions:

Event Organizer: Merchants, organizations, or individuals using enjoysport.vn’s services, including opening booths to sell event tickets, posting event introductions, programs, or training courses.
Event Participant (Customer): Merchants, organizations, or individuals seeking information about companies and events posted on enjoysport.vn, or purchasing tickets to attend such events.
Member: Includes both Event Organizers and Event Participants. Members must register and provide relevant personal information, officially recognized by enjoysport.vn’s management, and are permitted to use services.
Members understand that:

They may create a personal account for use.
They may post information introducing products and services offered.
This Regulation complies with Vietnamese law. Members are responsible for understanding their legal obligations and commit to compliance.

III. Transaction Process

1. For Event Participants

Steps to participate in events via enjoysport.vn:

- Search and review information about events and Event Organizers.
- Review service provider information and policies.

Select ticket quantity and click “Book Now”:

- Choose ticket type and quantity.
- Enter recipient details.
- Select payment method (online or other).
- Click “Complete Booking” to submit.
- The Event Organizer will contact the participant via phone/email provided in the registration form to confirm the order.
- Upon successful payment, tickets will be issued as electronic tickets (sent via email and accepted by the Organizer) or paper tickets (if applicable).

2. For Event Organizers

3. Delivery Policy

Electronic tickets will be sent via email/SMS. Paper tickets are only provided upon request by the Organizer.
Paper tickets are hand-delivered within Ho Chi Minh City; for suburban or distant customers, courier services will be used.
Delivery fees for provincial customers are charged according to courier rates. enjoysport.vn  will confirm and notify fees prior to delivery.

4. Maintenance Policy

enjoysport.vn  will conduct system upgrades and maintenance at scheduled times announced on the website. During these periods, certain functions may be temporarily unavailable. Customers should check the website regularly for updates.

5. Return and Refund Policy

If participants cannot attend booked events, they must notify enjoysport.vn  via hotline/email and provide registration details for support. Transfers are subject to Organizer rules.
If events are postponed or canceled due to the Organizer, participants may request refunds directly from the Organizer.
If the Organizer fails to process returns despite having a policy, customers may contact enjoysport.vn’s customer service for assistance.

6. Complaint Resolution

enjoysport.vn  and Event Organizers are responsible for receiving complaints and assisting participants. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and mediation:

Step 1: Participants submit complaints via email (support@enjoysport.vn) or directly to management.
Step 2: Customer Care reviews and provides support measures.
Step 3: If beyond enjoysport.vn’s authority, participants may escalate to competent state authorities.

Both Organizers and Participants must cooperate actively. Organizers must provide documentation; enjoysport.vn  will provide relevant information upon request.

If disputes are resolved, both parties must report to enjoysport.vn. . If the Organizer is at fault, enjoysport.vn  may issue warnings, suspend accounts, or escalate to authorities. enjoysport.vn  may also remove all related content and require compensation to customers.

7. Payment Methods

Method 1: Direct Payment (at enjoysport.vn  office):

- Step 1: Review event information. 

- Step 2: Visit ticket office.

- Step 3: Pay and receive tickets.

Method 2: Online Payment (credit card/bank transfer):

Step 1: Review event information.

Step 2: Verify order (phone/SMS/email).

Step 3: Seller confirms buyer details.

Step 4: Buyer pays.

Step 5: Seller delivers tickets.

Step 6: Buyer receives tickets.

8. Event Image Upload Policy

Event images and participant images may be uploaded with enjoysport.vn’s watermark. Organizers are responsible for compliance with laws and enjoysport.vn’s Terms. enjoysport.vn  reserves the right to remove images deemed in violation.

 
IV. Transaction Security

Management employs protective measures to secure information.

Organizers must provide complete contact details.
Participants should not share payment details via email/other channels. enjoysport.vn  is not liable for risks from such exchanges.
Participants must not interfere with the system or spread harmful programs. Violations will be handled per law.
Transaction information is confidential unless required by law.
 
V. Customer Data Protection

Purpose & Scope: Data collected includes email, phone, username, password, and address. Members are responsible for account confidentiality.
Usage: Data is used to provide services, send promotions, prevent fraud, and resolve issues. Personal data is not used beyond transaction purposes. enjoysport.vn  may provide data to authorities when legally required.
Retention: Data is stored until deletion request or member self-deletion.
Access: Members may update or delete data via account login or by contacting enjoysport.vn..
Commitment: enjoysport.vn  commits to absolute confidentiality. Data will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law. In case of hacking incidents, enjoysport.vn  will notify authorities and affected members.
 
VI. Consumer Rights Protection

Members must provide accurate personal information. enjoysport.vn  is not responsible for complaints if registration data is inaccurate. Participants may claim compensation directly from Organizers if event quality does not match published information. enjoysport.vn  may act as arbitrator to protect consumer rights.

VII. Management of Prohibited Information

Members are responsible for account security and must report unauthorized use.
Members must not use enjoysport.vn  for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Violations are subject to legal liability.
Members must not alter, copy, or distribute enjoysport.vn’s services without consent.
Members must not damage enjoysport.vn’s reputation.
Prohibited Products
Includes alcohol, tobacco, fireworks, narcotics, weapons, dangerous toys, reactionary cultural products, antiques, toxic chemicals, smuggled goods, wildlife, unsafe seafood, unauthorized medicines, medical equipment, cosmetics, vehicles without papers, and personal data trading.

Conditional Products
Includes martial arts equipment (must be sold by licensed stores), contraceptives (allowed in pharmacies; sex toys prohibited), and licensed software (must be sold by authorized companies).

Prohibited Advertising Practices
Includes offensive, misleading, defamatory, unauthorized use of personal images, false claims, unfair competition, and intellectual property violations.
