Fleur de Lys Bù Gia Mập Jungle Path 2025, hosted by the FDL Run Series, is a special running event organized by Fleur de Lys Hospitality (FDLH) in collaboration with the Bu Gia Map National Park Management Board. This event goes beyond being just a sports activity; it embodies a meaningful mission to promote a love for sports, a healthy lifestyle to the community, boost tourism, and foster sustainable cultural values.

For the first time ever in Binh Phuoc province, the Fleur de Lys Bù Gia Mập Jungle Path 2025 trail race, take place on March 2nd 2025, will take you on a journey to discover majestic nature, conquer personal challenges, and join hands to protect the "green lungs" of the Southeast region of Vietnam:

• With various options of trail distances from 8KM, 15KM, 30KM to 50KM - suitable for all ages.

• Run through the forest, experience the wild and majestic nature.

• Opportunity to build connection and learn with the community where everyone love running and protecting the environment.

TICKET POLICY AND GUIDELINES:

Who Can Transfer or Change Information/Distance?

- Participants who registered through the event's official registration portal or as part of a group/club registration.

- Registrations made under promotional programs are not eligible for any changes, including participant information, race distance, or refunds.

How to Transfer or Change Distance?

- Log in to your account on the ticketing platform and make changes directly through the platform.

- For group/club registrations, please contact the Organizing Committee via email at info@fdlrunseries.vn.

Fees for Transfers or Changes

Online Changes (before Regular registration closes on February 20, 2025):

    - Transfer requests: 200,000 VND.

    - Changes to participant information (same race distance): Includes updates to participant name, shirt size, email address, birthdate, or medical details.

    - Distance changes: Participants must pay the difference between race distances (if applicable), in addition to the change fee.

On-Site Changes:

    - Fee: 400,000 VND per request (applicable for participant transfers only).

    - Requests can be processed at the Expo Area on March 1, 2025.

    - All on-site requests must be pre-registered by email to the Organizing Committee at Info@fdlrunseries.vn. Use the subject line format:

FDL BGM 2025 - [TRANSFER / CHANGE RACE CATEGORY] REQUEST.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for any ticket once registered.

March 2, 2025:

04:00 AM: Start of the 50km race.

05:00 AM: Start of the 30km race.

06:00 AM: Start of the 15km race.

06:30 AM: Start of the 8km race.

09:30 AM - 02:00 PM: Award ceremony.
