08:00 – 11:00: Race kit pick-up in Pleiku City.

14:00 – 17:00: Alternate kit pick-up at the start venue.

16:00 – 18:00: Campsite check-in at the resettlement area.

18:30 – 22:00: The Gong Campfire Night, featuring traditional music, local delicacies, and community bonding.

06:00: 4km race flag-off (Cut-off: 08:30).

06:35: 11km race flag-off on Provincial Road 666 (Cut-off: 10:30).
