Over the past years, the Organizing Committee (OC) has directly and indirectly received a great deal of feedback from you, including both words of encouragement and frank suggestions regarding our event organization throughout the seasons, especially in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
<p>The OC understands that at certain touchpoints, your experience was not as complete as expected. Therefore, we want to listen to you sincerely and thoroughly. Here are the four issues most frequently mentioned by runners:</p>

<li>Food and beverages at the aid stations (Checkpoint / CP)</li>
<li>Transportation for DNF (Did Not Finish) runners who cannot continue the race</li>
<li>Inappropriate Cut-Off Time (COT) at Checkpoints</li>
<li>Searching for and retrieving runner photos after the race</li>
</ul>
<p>Thus, the OC hopes to hear more details directly from you: what happened, where, when, and what difficulties you encountered. This information will help us pinpoint specific limitations and find appropriate improvements for the <strong>Dalat Ultra Trail 2027</strong> season.</p>
<h2>Dalat Ultra Trail Survey Structure & Information</h2>

<li><strong>Survey Content:</strong> The four topics mentioned above, along with a section for you to share freely if there is anything else you would like to message the OC.</li>
<li><strong>Completion Time:</strong> Approximately 15 minutes.</li>
<li><strong>Survey Period:</strong> From now until 23:59 Saturday, November 7, 2026.</li>

<li><strong>09 Second Prizes:</strong> 09 tickets for Dalat Ultra Trail of any distance (EXCLUDING the 5km Family distance), for 09 Conquerors whose lucky numbers match or are closest to the 7th Prize result of the Da Lat Lottery drawn on November 8, 2026.</li>

<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria:</strong> Your entry is considered valid when the BIB number you provide matches the personal information you previously submitted in the OC's registration database. The OC only uses this information to verify your participation in the race and to send appreciation gifts, not for any other purposes.</p>
<p><em>* In the event that there is more than 01 First Prize winner, the prize will be awarded to the person who completed the survey earlier.</em></p>
<p><em>* In all cases of disputes regarding the prizes, the decision of the OC shall be final.</em></p>

<p>The OC will send priority invitations to you (via the email provided in the form) whenever there is an exclusive event or an experiential program from brands partnering with the DUT OC before, during, or after the 2027 season.</p>
